The Mandara Association of Residents and Ratepayers (MARR) Constitution serves as the foundational document guiding our community organization. Established in September 2024, this constitution outlines our objectives, membership criteria, governance structure, and operational procedures.

As a non-partisan, unincorporated association, MARR represents the interests of all residents and ratepayers in the Mandara area, which falls within the Greendale District of Harare City Council. Our aim is to promote the wellbeing and quality of life of our community members by advocating for improved services, facilities, and infrastructure.
